NOTICE OF PARTIAL DISCHARGE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN
AND ADDENDUM TO NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
TOWN OF TIBURON
ASSESSMENTDISTRICT NO. 2017-2
(Virginia Undergrounding District)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the recorded assessment lien previously established on
March 21, 2018, for Assessment District No. 2017-2, Town of Tiburon. County of Marin,
California (the "District"), and pertaining to the parcel of land identified in Attachment A.
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, has been prepaid in part and is hereby
discharged in part, as set forth in the attached Attachment A. The assessment on such parcel was
made a lien by recording in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin (the
"County Recorder") of the following:
1. The Assessment Diagram for the Assessment District, recorded in the office of the
County Recorder on March 30, 2018, in Book 2018 of Maps. at page 55. Inclusive. as
Document No. 2018-0011158; and
2. The Notice of Assessment for the Assessment District, recorded on Mai-ell 30. 2018, as
Document No. 2018-0011159, official records of the County Recorder. as modified by
that certain Notice of Discharge of Assessment Lien and Addendum to Notice of
Assessment recorded on July 3, 2018, as Document No. 2018-0023872 (tooctllcr. the
"Notice of Assessment").
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Notice of Partial Discharge of Assessment Lien and
Addendum to Notice of Assessment pertains to the assessment levied on the parcel identified in
the attached Attachment A. Upon the recording of this Notice of Partial Discharge of
Assessment Lien and Addendum to Notice of Assessment. the assessment lien previously
established on sucli parcel shall be deemed to be and the same hereby is partially discharged as
set forth in the attached Attachment A.
In all other respects and as to all parcels listed in the Attachment A attached to the Notice of
Assessment other than the parcel listed in Attachment A attached hereto. the Notice of
Assessment and the hen of the assessment on each such parcel is unmodified by this Notice of
Partial Discharge ol'Assessment Lien and Addendum to Notice of Assessment and shall remain
in full force and effect.
The recording of this Notice of Partial Discharge of Assessment Lien and Addendum to Notice
of As,essment has no effect on the authority of the Town Council with respect to any parcel by
reason of its inclusion in the District or assessment for the work, acquisitions or improvements.
