A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBUORN
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN MANAGER
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-7 of the Tiburon Municipal Code requires
that the salary of the Town Manager be fixed by Resolution of the Town Council; and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager shall receive annually those benefits as provided for and
specified in the Management Recognition and Incentive Compensation Program, Resolution No.
3356, adopted on August 18, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the monthly salary of the Town
Manager for Fiscal Year 2000-2001 shall be $9,715.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on the 5th day of July, 2000, by the following vote:
