Subject: Addendum to Original Agreement Dated May 2018 to Provide 1915 Act Assessment District
Administration Services for Virginia 2017-2 and Hawthorne 2017-1
Dear Ms.Creekmore,
As contemplated in the 2018 contract,we will add certain services and commensurate fees as discussed
below.We thank you for the continued opportunity to provide such services.Specifically,we will provide
the optional services of Continuing Disclosure Services for the new bond issue,2019 Assessment District
2017-2(Virginia)Series B Bonds.The annual fee for this will be$1,500. For the additional assessments
placed on parcels with the Virginia district(Series B),that annual fee will be$2,250.
All other provisions of the existing contract between the Town and NBS remain in effect.
Please print one (1)copy of our Executed Agreement. Upon signing,please email one copy to
contracts@nbsgov.com.nbsgov.com.We look forward to continuing our professional relationship.
Fees
All applicable scope and pricing remain the same as the original agreement with the exception of the
additional fees listed below.

We understand that the Town has one new bond issue currently subject to continuing disclosure
preparation and dissemination.
