A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TffiURON
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MASTER AGREEMENT
FOR STATE FUNDED PROJECTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS
AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
PURSUANT TO SENATE BILL 45
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon is eligible to receive funding from the 1998
State Transportation Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, in 1998, the Town ofTiburon, applied for and received approval for
the funding often locations along nine streets in the Town, memorialized in Town
Council Resolution No. 3319, adopted February 3,1999; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Senate Bill 45, the Town must enter into a Master
Agreement for State Funded Projects, Program Supplements and any Amendments
thereto for funding from the 1998 State Transportation Improvement Fund (STIP); and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to delegate authorization to execute the
signing of the State Funded Master Agreement, Program Supplements and any
Amendments thereto to the Town Manager,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to act on the Town's behalf
in all matters pertaining to the State Transportation Improvement Program for the State
Funded Master Agreement and this program supplement for ten locations along nine
streets and any future program supplements, and amendments thereto, including
execution of all required forms.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
ofTiburon, on June 21, 2000, by the following vote:
