RESOLUTION NO. 3401
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCil. OF THE
TOWN OF TmURON APPROVING A PARCEL MAP FOR
CONDOMINIUMIZATION OF PROPERTY AT 160 AND 162 SOLANO STREET
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 59-142-12)
RECITALS
The property owner, Margaret May, has submitted a Parcel Map proposing the
condominiumization of property located at 160 and 162 Solano Street. The Planning
Commission approved the Tentative Map for this subdivision on December 8, 2000.
The submitted map has been examined by the Town Engineer and returned to the Town
Clerk as required in Section 14.36 of the Tiburon Subdivision Ordinance.
The Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have determined that the map is in
substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, adopted by Planning
Commission Resolution No. 99-23 on December 8, 1999, and that all required conditions
of approval have been met or provided for through an Improvement Agreement between
the Town ofTiburon and the property owner.

APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon does approve the map entitled .Parcel Map, 160 and 162 Solano Street
Condominiums", 3 sheets, prepared by DJ Scranton Surveying, and does direct that said
map be duly recorded with Marin County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Town Council of the
Town ofTiburon on February 22, 2000 by the following vote:

NOES: cOUNcil.MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: cOUNcil.MEMBERS: Gram & Thompson
