A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED
AND GRANTING A RESERVATION OF EASEMENT OVER
A PORTION OF GILMARTIN DRIVE EXTENSION
(FORMERLY KNOWN AS HACIENDA DRIVE)
WHEREAS, Alexander and Binyamina Anolik have offered to the Town of Tiburon a
quitclaim deed relinquishing any right, title, or interest in a portion of the 50-foot right-of-way
commonly known as Gilmartin Drive extension and formerly known as Hacienda Drive, said
portion being shown on the attached Exhibit I; and
WHEREAS, said quitclaim deed reserves an easement permitting construction, use and
maintenance of a driveway serving proposed homes at 200 and 210 Gilmartin Drive on property
owned by the Anoliks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said quitclaim deed and reservation of
easement is hereby accepted, and the Town Clerk is authorized to record said quitclaim deed and
reservation of easement, together with the original or a certified copy of this Resolution.

Tiburon held on May 15,2002, by the fol1owing vote:
