AND I'OR THT TOWN OF TIBURON, STAT� OF CALIF'ORNIA, ON THC 312D DAY
OF MARCH 2O20 FOR THE PUI2POSE OF ELEC"TING ONT COUNCILMI:MBTR
WH�REAS, tlle Town Coui�cil of the Town of Tiburon did l�eretofoi-e oi-der an election
to be consolidated with a Luiifornl municipal election that was held wid�i�l the Town of Tibul•on
on tl�e 3"� day of March 2020, for the pur�ose of selecting o�ie (1) I��own Council �nember to
sei-ve a short term of two ai�d a half years until November 2022; and
WHEREAS, said election was held ptu•suant to the require�nents of the Governn�ent Code
and the Elections Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon l�as received the Canvass of the
Vote for this election from the Marin County Registrar of Voters;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERF.,D AND DECLARED as follows:
1. That the whole numbel• of ballots cast ii1 the Town of Tiburon in said election was 4,366
wl�icl� colllprised 67.09 % of the registered voters (6,508);
2. That the nanles of the persons voted for were:
