A RESOLUTION OF TNI: "TOWN COUNCIL OF TH� TOWN OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING ACC�PTANCE OF �8�,575 Or MCASUR� A, $46,706 OF M�ASUKE
AA, AND $83,581 OF MEASURI: B FUNllS F'ROM TH� TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORITY OF MARIN AND AUTHORIZING TH� 'TOWN MANAG�R TO
E1�CUTI: THE AGREEMCNT
W���I2EAS, the voters of Mai-in County approved the authol-izations of Measure A, Measure B, �
�nd Measure AA at their Ge�1ei-al Elections I�eld on November 2, 2004, November 10, 2010, and
Noveinber 6, 2018; and
WHEREAS, authorizing that the Transportation /luthority of Marin (TAM) be given the
responsibility to adininistei-the proceeds fi�om a one-half cent ti-ansaction and use tax and ��ehicle
registration fee; and
WHEREAS, TAM requires the T�own to execl�te an agl-eeme»t annually.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV�D that the Tiburon "Tow�n Council, does resolve, declare,
determine and order as follow:
1. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to e�ecute the current fiinding agreemeut for the total
fiznds of$214,862.
2. The Town Manager is also hel-eby autl�orized to accept on behalf of the Town of Tiburon
Measure A, AA and B fimds gra�ited by TAM.
THEI2EFORE, B� IT R�SOLVI:D that. the Directoi- of Public Works shall be the contract
�Z�anagei- of the grant funds.
PASS�D AND ADOPT�D at a regular meetin�� of the Tiburon Town Council on May 6, 2020
by the following vote:
