WH�R�AS, the Towi� Manager of the Town of Tiburon did on Februarv 19. 2020. a���ard a
coi�tract to Mil<sis Services for tl�e 2020 Storn� Drain Rel�abilitation Project_ and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Towl1 of Tibui-on has be�n advised that the �uorl: of
construction under said contract has beeu cou�pleted; and
WHER�AS, the Town Cotulcil of the `T'own of Tibui-o�i has bee�1 advised that the ���ork was
iilspected by the Town and was found to be acceptable.
THEI2�FOR�, B� IT RESOLVED that the Tiburoll To��n Council, does t-csolve. declare.
determine and order as follows:
1. The Town Cotulcil of the Town of Tibl�ro�1 does ]�e��ebv accept the ��01-1< ancl
improveinents referred to in said contract_ reservi�lg h�wevei-. all 1-ights a��ainst the
contractor, and the surety or sureties to any bond posted b�� them require full and
complete performance of the contract, including correctior�s of any delective work ��1�ich
may ap�ear in said work or irnprovement.
2. Tl�e Director of Public Works shall file a Notice oj�Completion �ith the Coui�ty of
Marin.
