WI�3�R�AS, On March 4, 2020, the Governor of the State of California, in I;x�cutive Order N- 29-20 proclaimed a state of emergency to exist in California due to the thl�eat of�COVID-l9. WHLREAS, Adi1�i�listrative citations contemplated by this Resolutio» �vould be issued b}� Town ot'ficials under the existing provisions of Cl�apter 31 of the 'l�iburon Municipal Code, which autl�orizes the Town to issue adlninistrative citations foi-public nuisatices. Section 2. �I�he 1�ow�i Council hereby amends Resolution O1-2016 (�1 Resolution Setting Fortl� the Viol�tions of the Municipal Code that may be Enforced by Administrative Citation Pursl�aut to Chapter 3l of tl�e Municipal Code and Adopting an Updated Schedule of Fines for Violations) to add a paragraph 14_ to Exhibit A (Administrative Fi�ies Se}Iedule). �s �f�ollows: 14.
