WHER�AS. tl�e Town of I�iburon and Mill Valle��� Rcli�se Ser���ic� (`MVRS") entered
into a Waste Colleetion Service Fra�ichise Agreement .iul� ]_ ?O 1 1 (��Fra�ichise n��reen�ent"):
and
WH�REAS, the Town Cotancil approved ��eneral r�te incrcases i» 2020. 2019. 20l 8 and
20l 5: and
WI�ERTAS, MVRS has submitted a Rate l��plication ���hich includes a ��.eileral rate
inerease o�7.02% for all residenti�l and co���mercial ser��ice and �-�°ould continue to utilize a dual-
stream recycling program; and
WH�REAS, the proposed terms and i-ates ai�e outlin�cl in the attached Exl�ibit "A". �
WHEREAS, the Town Council helci a duly noticed ��ublic l�earin� d�n-ing its i-egular
�neeting on Septeinber 16, 2020 to discliss tl�e rate adjustme�lt.
� NOW, TH�R�FOR�, B� IT R�SOLVI'D by the 1�o�,��i� Coiu�cil of tlie Town of
Tiburon that the rate adjustment and the revised f-esidential and commercial terms and
conditions, are hereby a�pl•oved and shall be �1�ade an acidendum to the 1�ranchise Agreement.
