A RESOLUTION OF TH� TOWN COUNCIL OF THI: TOWN OF TIBURON
'�� ACCEPTING AS COMPL�T� WORK UNDER A CONTRACT TO GHILOTTI
� ������ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR TH� 2020 PAV�MENT R�HABILITATION
AND MAINT�NANCT PROJ�CT; PROJ�CT NO. 20-ST-01
WHEREAS, the Town Manager of the Town of Tiburon did on May 6, 2020, award a contract
to Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. for the 2020 Favement Rehabilitation and Maintenance
Project; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon has been advised tl�at the work of
construction under said contract has been completed; and
WH�REAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tibtiuori has been advised that the woi-k was
inspected by the Town and was found to be acceptable.
TI��REI+OItE, BE IT RESOLV�D that thc Tiburon Town Council, does resolve, declare,
detertnine and order as follows:
1. The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon does hereby accept the worlc and
improvements referred to in said contract, reseiving however, all rights against the
contractor, and the surety or sureties to any bond posted by thein require fiill and
complete performance of the contract including cori•ections of aiiy defective work which
� may appear in said worlc or impl•ovement.
� 2. The Director of Public Works shall file a Notice of Completion with the County of
Marin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting oi the Tiburon Town Coui�cil on December 2,
2020 by the following vote:

NAYS: COLJNCILMEMB�RS: None
