Town Clerl< Stefani said the Council conducts an annual review of Cou��cil appointments to
Local Boards & Coi��missions and Regioi�al Boards; Committees & JPAs. She said Chis ani�ual
review ai�d selectio�� ��as rescheduled fro»� the tirst ���eetii�b ofthe yea�- �uitil a Coui�cil ��acancy
was tilled «�ith a newly clected member who joii�ed the Cow�ci) in April.
Councilmember Welner offerecl up his seat on the Marin Clean Energy Board and said he has
had to recently recuse himself fi-om recent meetings due to coni�lict of interests of his employer.

Steven Palmer, Director of Public Worlcs and Town Engineer said the Council held an ann�ill
public hea�•inb on thc Cypress }-Iollow Landscape a��d Lightinb District.
Mayo�•Fredericl<s opened the tloor for public comment. There was none.
MOTION: Adopt a resolutio�� that would coirt7rm the assessments and order the levy and

District for FY 2020-21 as recommended by staff.

through Labor Day. }-le said the State ofCalifornia anno�inced that pai-1<ii�g ai•eas at state beaches ��
will be closed on weel:ends, effective in�mediately until fi�rthe►- notice. The Town has submitted ��
certitication to the State ofCalifornia for Federal CARES fundit�g. ,
