& Arts Commission and one appointn�ent to tl�e Planninb Commission. She said the terms of the �
incumbents had expired ii� Februaiy and the Cou��cil had interviewed several ��ew applicants (-or �
each position.
Mayor Fredericl<s opened the floor for public comment. There were no��e.

Mayor Fredericl<s said there is a lot of housii�� le��islation comi��� t�hat propose moi�phin�,� sii�gle-
family dwellin�� zones into mulCi-family dwellin�� zones, and the Council should stay tuned in.

Town Ma��aber Chanis said the Chamber ofCoi��merce tasl< force has been meeting rebularly
and it is possible the tasl< f�orce may have ai� upcomin� request for the Council.
He also said toni<�ht's Closecl Session would be rescheduled.
