Town Manager Cl�a��is said he had signed a proclamation of local emer�ency on March 16. 2020
in respoi�se to the impacts ofthe COVID-19 pandemic. He said the M�micipal Code requires
Town Council ratificatioi� ofthe Town Mana��er�s proclamation within seven days.
Mayor F1-�dericl<s opened the f7oor for public comment. "I��herc was none.
