llI-1. Discuss possible revision to Municipal Code regarding fence regulations
Town Mana�er Chanis ren�inded tl�e Colineil of two previo��s n�eetin�s where. durin� p�iblic
commei�t, the Council heard about a spilced-top fence oi� that was causinb injwy to deer. Since
those meetinbs; emails have been received by the Town on this matter, and Vice Mayor Thier
s��bgested this be broubht before Coui�cil for discussion. Vice Mayor Thie�- wai�ted to ensure
there is a method in place to addr�ss the issue of safety to wildlife, or if the Town Municipal
Code i�eeded to be an�e��ded. Commu��ity Development Director Tasini aftirmed that through
the tindings of the desibn review process, this can be, and is, add�•essed.
The Council reviewed the Town's desi�n r•eview process for fences, partic��larly in relation to
danbe�- to wildlife, and discussed fence mate�•iaL Concluding the current desibn review process
for fences was sound. the Co�u�cil directed staff to ensure proper adherence to, and application
of; the desibi� review process.
TOWN COUNC'IL REPORTS
Councilmember Ryai� noted that the Slow Streets progi•an� is e��dinb soon and s�iggested r•eview
of whether it should be extended and/or continued in tl�e fi►tw�e. The Council discussed the
viability of solicitinb i��put from the community. Mayor Fredericl<s s��bbested the opportunity foi�
public input, and Tow�� Attorney Stocl< said this item sl�ould be placed on a future agenda.
Co�u�ei) requested staff solicit co»�munity input, a��d if there is interest i�� continuin<� tl�e
program. to place the item on a future Co�u�cil abenda.

TM-1. Update on Town's Response to COVID-l9 �mergency
Town Mai�ager Ch�i�is said Mal-in Co�inty is on target to move i��to the Oranbc ti�r of the state�s
Bluepi-int for a Safei� Econonry. He noted this is a less restrictive tier thai� the current Red tier l�ut
would not have a si;�nifica��t� impact on �Tiburon in teri��s of business sectors peri��itted to loosei�
restrictioi�s.
