ABRAMS ANt� EDWARD G. ZELINSKY have presented the Town with a deed of Gift of that certain real property located in the Town and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached; and WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to accept said gift. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the deed of Gift of said real property is hereby accepted, and the Town Clerk is authorized to record said deed together with a certified copy of this resolution.
