A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AUTHORZZING THE VICE-MAYOR TO EXECUTE I?EED TO COMPLETE PROPERTY EXCH,ANGE PURSUANT TO . ORDINANCE 242 N.S. APPROVING DEL MF�DERA MASTER PLAN � � WHEREAS , the Town of Tiburon has heretofore enacted Ozdinance I�o. 242 N.S, which approved the Del Madera Master Plan (Master Plan) ; and WHEREA5, the Master Plan provided for a property exchange of approximately 8. 6 acres of unimproved real property owned by the Town in exchange for approximately 16 .4 acres of unimproved land owned by the owners of the Del Madera project; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has approved the Final Map for the Del Niadera Subdi.vision, and it is appropriate that said exchange now be consummated; IVOW, THEREFORE, �E IT R�:SOLVED �hat the Vice-Mayor of the Town of Tiburon is hereby authorized, on behalf of the Town, to execute a deed of that certain real property owned by the Town and more particularly descrzbed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and such other �ocuments on behal� of the Town as may be necessary, or convenient, to effect the transfer of said property to the owners of the De� Nladera property.
