ACCEPTIIIG GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, GER.ALD CONNELL has offered to grant to the City of
Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is
hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is aut�orized to record said
�eed, together with a certified copy of this �esolution.
