All that certain Real Property situate in the City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State
of California, desc�ibed as follows:
A STORM DRAINAGE EASEI�tENT over the following described proper�y:
A PORTION of Lot l, as shown upon that certain map entitled, "Map of Pilgrim Heights
in �the County of Ma�cin, California", filed for record October 3, 1962 in Volume 11 of
Maps, at Page 42, Marin County Recordso and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly terminus of the common boundary of Lots 1 and 2 as shown
upon said "Map of Pilgrim Heights" (11 Maps 42) ; thence along the common boundary of
said Lot 1 and Rock Hill Road, as shown upon said "Map of Pilgrim Heights (11 Maps 42)
Southwesterly alonq a curve to the left whose center bears South 15° 20' 32" East, having
a radius of 45 feet through a central angle of 3° 27' 35°' an arc length of 2.72 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence leaving said last described common boundary (11 Maps 42)
Northwesterly along a curve to the left, whose center bears South 49° 58' 43" V�est, having

DEED r�ZOM NOR'I�iERN CALIFORNIA CONGRE-
GATIONAL CONFERFTICE
WI�REAS, NORTHERN CONGREGATIONAL CONFEIZFJNCE has offered to grant
an easement :Eor storm drainage to the City of Tiburon on the real property
described in the copies of the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhi.bit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said offer is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Deeds, together
' with a certified copy of this Resolution.
' PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
