A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING
THE FINAL MAP FOR THE AGINS SUBDIVISION •

A Parcel Map entitled "Lands of Donal.d W, and Bonnie G. Agins" .
�y �a�E� N�ve�r��r 1934 has �e�n �ubm�tte� proposir�g creaticn c�f fv�r d
parcels, one of which , Parcel "C" , is offered for dedication to
the Town as public open space.
The Parcel Map proposes cledication to the Town certain public
trail easements.
The map has been examined by the Town Engineer and returned to
the Town Clerk as provided for in Section 14 .36 of the Town Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the .
Town of Tiburon does approve the Parcel Map for the Agins
subdivision and accepts the offer of trail easement dedication
and the fee title open space dedication of Parcel "C", both as
shown on the Parcel Map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Towra of Tiburon on December 5 , 1984 by the following
