TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
MINUTES
Consistent with Government Code section 54953(e), councilmembers attended this meeting by teleconference. Members of the public were invited to participate in the meeting by live-streaming the meeting on the Town’s website and submitting comments to comments@townoftiburon.org to
be included in the public record for the meeting. REGULAR MEETING – 5:00 P.M. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

Town Clerk Dilena ORAL COMMUNICATION Julie Jacobs asked if the Town had received any applications under the builder’s remedy and if
any emergency shelters had been moved from downtown Tiburon to other locations.
Lorraine Gemigniani requested the Town hold a town hall-style meeting to address the coyote issue on the peninsula.

Town Council Regular Meetings – Adopt resolution that would change the Town Council’s regular meeting time to 6:30 p.m. (Department of Administrative Services) CC-2. Teleconference Meetings – Adopt resolution that would allow the Town to continue to operate virtual board meetings in accordance with AB 361 (Department of Administrative Services) CC-3. Black History Month – Adopt resolution in honor of Black History Month (Department of Administrative Services) Mayor Ryan pulled Consent Calendar Item No. 3 for discussion.

associated with a proposed lot line adjustment (Community Development Department) [CONTINUED TO MARCH 15, 2023] TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS
Councilmember Fredericks reported the CalCities Board is investigating a 2024 ballot measure
related to land use regulations and requested the Council consider adoption of a resolution opposing the measure. TOWN MANAGER REPORT
