• George Landau, who spoke in support of Erica Williams being reappointed to the Planning Commission. MOTION: To reappoint Jerry Riessen (The Ranch Committee), Victoria Fong (Heritage &
Arts Commission), Chuck Hornbrook (Parks, Open Space and Trails Commission), and Erica Williams (Planning Commission) to new 4-year terms on their respective boards. Moved: Thier, seconded by Fredericks VOTE: AYES: Fredericks, Ryan, Thier, Welner
ABSENT: One Vacant Seat MOTION: To reopen the application period for two Design Review Board seats, readvertise the vacancy and accept more applications. Moved: Thier, seconded by Fredericks

MOTION: To appoint Isaac Nikfar to the interim position on the Town Council. Moved: Ryan, seconded by Thier VOTE: AYES: Ryan, Thier NAYS: Fredericks, Welner
ABSENT: One Vacant Seat The Council agreed to leave the seat vacant until the August 29, 2023 special municipal election. No action taken. TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS There were none. TOWN MANAGER REPORT Town Manager Chanis reported the April 5 Town Council meeting would be cancelled and the annual Town Council Retreat/CIP Review was scheduled for the morning of April 20.

There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor Ryan adjourned the meeting at 10:30 p.m.
