A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FOR PROPERTY BELOW STEVENS COURT
PORTION OF AP 58-111-19
WHEREAS, the Monahan Pacific Development Corporation has offered to grant
to the Town of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, said real property has already been accepted by the Town Council of
the Town of Tiburon as a: dedication of public open space during approvafol the parcel
map referenced in Town Council Resolhtion No. 3056, said map having been
subsequently recorded at Book 25 of Parcel Maps, at Page 77A of Marin County
Records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon does hereby accept said offer and the Town Clerk is hereby directed to record
the Grant Deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the Town of Tiburon,
County of Marin, State of California, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Parcel "C" as shown
and delineated on that certain Parcel Map entitled "Lands of Noah
and Wheary" recorded April 28, 1971 in Book 5 of Parcel Maps at
Page 90, Mar in County Records; and running thence along the
resurveyed boundary of said Parcel HC" N 37'39' W 4.69 feet and
N 33052'11" E 308.121 feet to a point; thence leaving on a curve
to the right which center bears S 77'40 52" W of radius 35 feet
through a central angle of 57'04'08" for an arc distance of 34.861
I~ feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence on a curve to the left
which center bears S 45'15' E of radius 40 feet through a central
angle of 62'45' for an arc distance of 43.808 feet to a
point of compound curvature; thence on a curve to the left which
center bears N 72'00' E of radius 10 feet through a certain angle
of 96'30' for an arc distance of 16.842 feet; thence N 65'30' E
8.50 feet; thence on a curve to the right which center bears
S 24'30' E of radius 10.136 feet through a center angle of
107'00' for an arc distance of 18.929 feet to a point of compound
curvature; thence on a curve to the right which center bears
S 82030' W of radius 100 feet through a central angle of 32'30'
for an arc distance of 56.723 feet; thence S 25'00' W 51.50 feet,
S 26'15' W 88.287 feet, on a curve to the left which center bears
S 63'45' E of radius 300 feet through a central angle of 12'15'
for an arc distance of 64.141 feet and S 14'00' W 47.50 feet,
more or less, to the Southwesterly line of abovementioned Parcel
"C"; thence along said Southwesterly line N 37'39'W 137.07& feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 26,370 squa.re feet, more or less.
