HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1994-11-02 (2) ,.. r' RESOLUTION NO. ~ I A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR PROPERTY BELOW STEVENS COURT PORTION OF AP 58-111-19 WHEREAS, the Monahan Pacific Development Corporation has offered to grant to the Town of Tiburon the real property described on the Grant Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, said real property has already been accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon as a: dedication of public open space during approvafol the parcel map referenced in Town Council Resolhtion No. 3056, said map having been subsequently recorded at Book 25 of Parcel Maps, at Page 77A of Marin County Records.
