A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
BICYCLE PARKING AT FERRY TERMINAL
WHEREAS, the Bicycle Parking at the Ferry Terminal has been satisfactorily
completed in accordance with the contract by M. K. McLellan Co. on October 3,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the aforementioned project consisting bicycle parking at the Ferry
Terminal be accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTEIJ at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon held on November 2, 1994, by the following vote:
