A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING A PARCEL MAP
FOR 3 LOTS NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF
SPRING LANE AND ROLLING HILLS ROAD
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 58-111-19
RECITALS
A Parcel Map proposing the subdivision of 3.0 acres of land into three (3) lots
has been submitted to the Town for approval.
The submitted map has been eXjlmined by the Town Engineer and returned to the
Town Clerk as required in Chapter 14 of the Tiburon Municipal Code.
The Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have determined that the
map is in substantial conformance with the Tentative Map approved by Planning
Commission Resolution No. 477-90 on January 10, 1990, and that all required
conditions of approval have been met.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon does approve the map entitled "Lands of Fraige", prepared by
Frost, Meglio & Associates dated January 1994, and does direct that said map be
duly recorded with the Recorder's Office of Marin County subject to receipt of
the required securities and agency acknowledgements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on October 5. 1994 by the following vote: .
