A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
SPANISH TRAIL SLOPE STABILITY IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Spanish Trail Slope Stability Improvement has been
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by Pimentel Builders on
August 29, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the aforementioned project consisting of slope stability be accepted
by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTEIJ at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on September 21, 1994 by the following vote:
