The problem is, not all the people want it in their view. The solution isn't that hard. Put the art work in a location where not everyone has to look at it. I suggest the following; place the artwork at the waterfront, behind the small hill, located at the end of McKegney Green, past the Meislan gazebo. This serves many purposes; It honors the good friends of the artist- the McKegneys. Nobody's water view is blocked. If you don't like the artwork, you do not have to look at it, unless you walk out there. Finally, there is a road there to get the flatbed truck and crane out there, to install it. I hope this is an acceptable solution for all concerned ! Bruce R. The applicants propose to construct a new second story and additions to the garage, entry and rear of the house on the ground level, adding 1,734 square feet to the residence. The project would extend to within 19 feet, 2 inches of the front property line, which is less than the 30 foot minimum front yard setback required in the RO -2 zone. The applicants propose to construct additions to the rear of the existing structure, adding 1,493 square feet to the two - family dwelling. The project would extend to within 6 feet of the both side property lines, which is less than the 8 foot minimum side yard setback required in the R -2 zone.
