hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Tiburon" filed August 24th, 2000 in Book 2000 of Maps, at Page 138, Marin County Records,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly comer of said Parcel "A"; thence, along the Easterly line of said

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM THE CHANDLERS GATE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 058-460-26)
WHEREAS, the Chandlers Gate Homeowners Association has presented to
the Town a grant deed for real property located at 2-98 Ned's Way, said real property being
an approximately 200 square foot of association common area more particularly described
in attached Exhibit 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon Town of Tiburon hereby accepts the grant deed from the Chandlers Gate
Homeowners Association and directs the Town Clerk to record it with the Office of the
County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon on July 16, 2014 by the following vote:
