A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
MARINERO CIRCLE & MARINER WAY PAVEMENT OVERLAYS
WHEREAS, the Marinero Circle and Mariner Way Pavement overlays were
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc.
on July 14, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the aforementioned project consisting of street repairs be accepted
by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on .Tuly 20. 1994 by the following vote:
