RESOLUTION NO, 3l!38.
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AMENDING
THE ADOPTED MUNICIPAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95
WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted Public Hearings concerning amendment
of the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Municipal Bl!dget on June 15th and July 7th 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council accepted proposed revisions to the adopted
appropriation for General Fund Operating Revenue which result in amending the
appropriation by $102,500, from $3,059,600 to $3,162,100; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council accepted proposed revisions to the adopted
appropriation for General Fund Operating Expenditures which result in amending the
appropriation by $84,100, from $3,077,650 to $3,161,750; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council now finds that the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Municipal
Budget, as amended, provides for all appropriate municipal purposes and services within
current resources and anticipated revenues for Fiscal Year 1994-95; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council accepted the proposed revisions to the adopted
Capital Improvement Program, including; carry forward Park Development Reserve funding
for Blackie's Pasture, carry forward of Open Space Acquisition funds for path improve-
ments in the Mt. Tiburon area, use of Low/Moderate Housing Funds for the Marin Renters
Rebate Program, funding of ADA improvements with Capital Outlay Reserves, possible
Drainage Reserve funding of Greenwood Beach Road drainage improvements, and use of
State Gas Tax funding for miscellaneous street repairs only,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1994-95 Operating budget, as
amended now appropriates funds in the amounts indicated above, and is hereby adopted
as Tiburon's Municipal Budget for Fiscal Year 1994-95; and
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager may make
adjustments between functions and activities within the budget provided that no increases
or diminishments in salaries result other than that provided by the Town's Master Salary
Program, or as authorized by the Town Council, and provided that no expenditure or
encumbrance contingent on contract agreement, or other engagement requiring approval
of the Town Council shall be made until such agreement, contract, or engagement is first
approved by the Town Council,
