RESOLUTION NO. 2995
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FOR
A PORTION OF ROCK HILL ROAD NEAR DELMAR DRIVE
WHEREAS, Marshall and Della Figari have otTered to quitclaim a parcel
of land under their ownership to the Town of Tiburon, said parcel being a
roadway easement comprising approximately one-half of Rock HilI Road for a
short stretch in the vicinity of Delmar Drive.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said otTer is hereby
accepted, and the Town Clerk is authorized to record said quitclaim deed
(attached as Exhibit "A" to this Resolution and made a part of it) together with a
certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on February 2, 1994 by the following vote:

CITY OF TIBURON

ALL Right, title and interest in and to that portion of the lands of
Marshall B. Figari, et ux, described in that certain deed recorded
August 25, 1952 in Book 760 of Official Records at Page 118, Marin
County Records which lies within Parcel B, as shown upon that
certain Map entitled, "Map of Pilgrim Heights, in the County of Marin,
California", filed for record October 3, 1962 in Volume 11 of Maps
at Page 42, Marin County Records.
Reserving therefrom, rights of the following property described in the
following deeds to continue to use said Parcel B for ingress, egress and
utility purposes:
A) Deed from Marin Title Guaranty Company to Marshall B. Figari, et ux,
recorded August 25, 1952 in Book 760 of Official Records at page 118,
Marin County Records.
B) Deed from Marin Title Guaranty Company to Time Pacific Company, et aI,
recorded September 8, 1952 in Book 762 of Official Records at page 470,
Marin County Records.
and any subdivsion thereof.
