RESOLUTION NO. 2994
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
LINDA VISTA UNDERGROUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1994-2
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
1. As a part of the proceedings for improvements in
Linda vista Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1994-2, Town
of Tiburon, Marin County, California, this Town Council hereby
approves that certain agreement by and between the Town of
Tiburon and I. L. SCHWARTZ ASSOCIATES, INC., dated as of January
19, 1994, for its services as Engineer of Work in Linda vista
Undergrounding Assessment District No. 1994-2, Town of Tiburon,
Marin County, California.
2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement for Engineering Services and the Town Clerk is
authorized to attest its execution.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of
the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon on January 19, 1994, by
the following vote:
