A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
CENTRO WEST. MINOR REPAIRS
WHEREAS, the Centro West Minor Repairs were satisfactorily completed in
accordance with the contract by M. K. McLellan Co. on September 30, 1994,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the aforementioned project consisting of minor repairs be accepted
by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon held on NovemDer 2, 1994, by the following vote:
