RESOLUTION NO. 2839
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON APPROVING THE DESIGNATION
AS "GILMARTIN COURT" AS A PRIVATE STREET
WHEREAS, the Town has received an application from a group of
property owners requesting that an unnamed private roadway serving five
residential lots be designated "Gilmartin Court".
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and
has recommended approval to the Town Council after finding that the
safety and convenience of the subject properties would be enhanced by
provision of an official street name and a new address pattern.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Tiburon that:
1. Gilmartin Court is hereby approved as the name of the
private'street serving Marin County Assessor Parcels 039-
171-02,03,07,08, and 17.
2.
Gilmartin Court is not accepted into the Town's street
system pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 1808.
3. Applicants agree to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the
Town in the processing of this application, in the
implementation of the street designation and signing, and in
official address changes required by this approval.
4. The Town Building Official shall assign new addresses to the
five affected lots and shall transmit notice of such to affected
agencies.

of the Town of Tiburon on Februarv 18. 1992, by the following vote:
