RESOLUTION NO. 2840
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON Y.i.8.i.V--
VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC
UTILI1Y EASEMENT (501 TIBURON BLVD.)
WHEREAS, the property located at 501 Tiburon Boulevard is currently
encumbered by a public utility easell!ent (depicted on Exhibit 3A, attached hereto
and incorporated herein) created durIng the original subdivision of the property in
1955; and
WHEREAS, only a portion of the easement has ever been used by any public
utility and all affected utilities have confirmed that they have no future plans for use
of the remainder of the easement in question.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council ofthe Town
of Tiburon does hereby resolve that pursuant to the authority of Streets and
Highways Code Section 8333(a) the portion of the public utility easement shown on
Exhibit 3B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is vacated.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on March 3. 1992, by the following vote:
