RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON APPROVING CHANGES IN PARKING
RESTRICTIONS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA
WHEREAS, the Town's Traffic Safety Committee met on March 18, 1992, with
representatives of the Chamber of Commerce to consider various changes to the
parking zones in the downtown commercial district; and
WHEREAS, after considering the requests of the Chamber of Commerce and
the information presented, the Traffic Safety Committee recommends approval of
three changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon that the following changes in parking zones are hereby approved:
1. All 20 minute zones on Lower Main Street shall be changed to one
hour zones and one additional handicapped space shall be added.

2. All 20 minute zones on Upper Main Street shall be changed to one
hour zones with the exception of the 20 minute zone at 110 Main Street which shall
remain unchanged.
3. The one hour zone on Tiburon Boulevard between the Bank of America
and the Tiburon Lodge shall be changed to a two hour zone.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on Anril 7, 1992, by the following vote:
