A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING
RICHARDSON BAY LINEAL PATH LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, the Richardson Bay Lineal Park Landscape Project was
satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by Cagwin &
Dorward, on March 5, 1992,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
project consisting oflandscaping from San Rafael Avenue to Rock Hill Road
be accepted by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on Anril 28. 1992 by the following vote:
