RESOLUTION NO. 2857
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
PEDESTRIAN PASSAGE PURPOSES OVER PROPERlY
AT 4545 PARADISE DRIVE: A. P.# 38-141-16
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon did require, as a condition of approving
amendments to the Pellegrinelli Precise Plan in 1991, that a pedestrian easement
be offered to the Town; and
WHEREAS, Caroline Cross has offered to the Town of Tiburon said
easement for pedestrian passage purposes as described in the Grant Deed
attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon does hereby accept the offer, and the Town Clerk is authorized
to record said Deed together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon at
a regular meeting held on May 20. 1992, by the following vote:

GRANT DEED FOR PEDESTRIAN PASSAGE EASEMENT
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Caroline Cross (hereinafter referred
to as IIGrantor") hereby grants to the TOWN OF TIBURON, a
Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Granteell),
an easement for pedestrian passage over and across the real
property situated in the Town of Tiburon, County of Marin,
state of California, described in Exhibit IIA" attached
hereto, and the right to improve said property for said
