RESOLUTION NO. 2872
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON APPROVING A PARCEL MAP FOR THE
CONDOMINIUMIZATION OF lWO DETACHED DWELLING UNITS
LOCATED AT 14 RACCOON LANE AND 1805 CENTRO WEST STREET
(ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 59-071-24)
RECITALS
A Parcel Map entitled "Centro West Condominiums, Land of Berger and Lucas. has
been submitted proposing the conversion into condominiums of two detached
dwelling units located in the R.2 zone.
The submitted map has been examined by the Town Engineer and returned to the
Town Clerk as required in Section 14.36 of the Tiburon Subdivision Ordinance.
The Town Engineer and Planning Department Staff have determined that the map
is in substantial conformance with the approved conditions set forth in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 92-06, adopted on April 22, 1992.

APPROVAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town
ofTiburon does approve the Parcel Map entitled "Centro West Condominiums, Land
of Berger and Lucas", and does direct that said map be duly recorded with Marin
County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Tiburon on August 5, 1992, by the following vote:
