A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING' VENUS COURT/
MERCURY AVENUE CURB & GUTTER REPAIR PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Venus CourtfMercury Avenue Curb & Gutter Repair
Projects were satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract by
W. K. McLellan Co., on December 7, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the aforementioned
projects consisting of curb & gutter repairs be accepted by the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on January 6. 1993 by the following vote:
