RESOLUTION NO. 2910
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE. TOWN OF TIBURON
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR 'ENGINEERING SERVICES
GILMARTIN DRIVE REFUNDING DISTRICT NO. 1993-1
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
This Council approves that certain agreement between the Town
of Tiburon and I. L. Schwartz Associates for services as Engineer
of Work for Gilmartin Drive Refunding District No. 1993-1, Town of
Tiburon, Marin County, California, dated March 31, 1993, and
attached to this resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the
Town Clerk is authorized to attest its execution.

of the Town of Tiburon on March 31, 1993, by the following vote:
