RESOLUTION NO. 2914
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN O~ TIBURON
PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REASSESSMENT REPORT
AND SETTING HEARINGS THEREON
GILMARTIN DRIVE REFUNDING DISTRICT NO. 1993-1
The Town Council of the Town of Tiburon resolves:
At the direction of this Council, I. L. Schwartz Associates,
as Engineer of Work for reassessment proceedings in Gilmartin Drive
Refunding District No. 1993-1, Town of Tiburon, Marin County,
California, has filed with the Town Clerk, the report described in
Section 9523 of the Streets and Highways Code. This Council
accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of
conducting hearings of protests to the proposed. reassessments
described in the report.
This Council sets 7:30 P.M. on May 5, 1993, and 7:30 P.M.
on May 19, 1993, at the Chambers of the Town Council, Del Mar
School, Room 5, 105 Avenida Miraflores, Tiburon, California, as the
time and place for public hearings on the proposed reassessments.
The Town Clerk is directed to mail the notices of hearing

required by the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and to file an
affidavit of compliance.
