I am the Town Manager of the Town of Tiburon. I am authorized to contractually bind
Marin County Hazardous and Solid Waste Management Joint Powers Authority (JPA)
Board of Directors. Pursuant to this authority, I hereby authorize Marin County
Hazardous and Solid Waste Management Joint Powers Authority (JPA) Board of
Directors to submit a regional application and act as Lead Agency on behalf of the
Town of Tiburon. The Marin County Hazardous and Solid Waste Management Joint
Powers Authority (JPA) Board of Directors is hereby authorized to execute all
documents necessary to implement the project under the Local Assistance Grant
OWR4 2022-2023.
This authorization is effective:
• as long as the Resolution 2023-04 is in effect.
