RESOLUTION NO. 2927
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A DEED
OF GIFT FROM ZELINSKY AND ABRAMS
WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon previously accepted two deeds of gift from
Edward G. Zelinsky and Barbara Z. Abrams for the real property located at the
corner of Mar West and Tiburon Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, in order to clear the title to this property, Laleh Zelinsky and
Alan Abrams have now offered to the Town their interests, if any, in the same
properties; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Tiburon desires to accept this gift.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon does hereby accept the Deed of Gift attached hereto and authorizes the
Town Clerk to record the deed along with a copy of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a-regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of 'fiburoli on June 2. 1993, by the following vote:

QUITCLAIM DEED OF GIFT
LALEH ZELINSKY and ALAN ABRAMS, Grantors, hereby quitclaim to the Town
of Tiburon all right, title and interest which they may have in and to the real property
situated in the Town of Tiburon, Marin County, California, which was previously deeded
to the Town of Tiburon by Edward G. Zelinsky and Barbara Z. Abrams, and more
particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.

All that certain real pro.perty situate ',4.Dthe City of Tib-.
uron ,County of Marin, State of California, being a portion
of the Lands of Juanita Zelinsky and the Heirs and Devisees
of Frederick G. Zelinsky, deceased, situate in Section 6,
Township 1 South, Range 5 West, Mount Diablo Meridian: said
real property being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of the state
Highway Road IV Marin 52A (Route 131), commonly known as
Tiburon Boulevard; said Point of Beginning being also the
most westerly corner of lands described in the Grant Deed
,from Fred G. Zelinsky, also known as FrederickG. Zelinsky,
and: Juanita Zelinsky, his wife, to Barbara Abrams, recorded
. on July 21, '1980, in Book 3735, at Page 189,. Marin County
Records; thence from said Point of Beginning leaving said
northeasterly line of Tiburon Boulevard northeasterly along
the northwesterly line of said lands granted to Barbara

to a point on the general southerly line of Beach Road as
said Road is shown on that certain. map entitled: "Point

said line .in a general westerly direction from a tangent that
bears South 87039'54" West along the arc of a, curve to the.
left having a radius of 30.00 feet and a central angle of

line southwesterly along a line being parallel with and
perpendicularly distant 60.00 feet northwesterly from the
aforementioned northwesterly line of lands granted to Barbara.
