A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR REPORT COPYING AND OTHER SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, The Tiburon Municipal code requires that fees charged for
report copying and other services provided by the Police Department be set forth by
Resolution of the Town Council, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Town Council that such fees be used as a
revenue base for maintaining productive and efficient services levels commensurate
with the work demands within the Police Department through cost recovery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town
of Tiburon does hereby adopt the attached Schedule of Fees for report copying and
other services provided by the Police Department as set forth in Exhibit "A" (Police
Department Fees) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
