RESOLUTION NO. 32-2024 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON AMENDING THE TOWN’S STAFFING LEVELS FOR FY 2025 WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon approves an annual Town budget based on staff presentation of staffing levels and staffing expenditures by department; and WHEREAS, since the FY 2025 budget was approved, staff has determined a need for an adjustment in Full Time Equivalent (FTE) staffing levels or positions as described below; 1. Administrative Services: Add 1.0 FTE Management Analyst – Customer Service and Media
Relations and Delete 1.0 FTE Administrative Assistant 2. Police: Add 1.0 FTE Police Officer and remove 1.0 FTE Police Service Aide
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon RESOLVES as follows: To amend the Town’s Staffing Levels for Administrative Services to add 1.0 FTE Management Analyst
and delete 1.0 FTE Administrative Assistant, and add 1.0 FTE Police Officer and remove 1.0 FTE Police Service Aide as shown in APPENDIX A, effective September 1, 2024. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon on September 4, 2024, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Fredericks, Nikfar, Ryan, Thier, Welner NAYS: COUNCILMEMBERS: None ________________________________
