TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
MINUTES
Mayor Fredericks called the regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California.
ROLL CALL PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Fredericks, Nikfar, Ryan, Thier, Welner ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

AI-1. Hawthorne Undergrounding District (Assessment District No. 2017-1) – Consider adoption of a resolution authorizing disposition of approximately $848,148 in surplus funds (Office of the Town Manager)
MOTION: To adopt the resolution declaring surplus funds and authorizing the disposition of

MOTION: To accept the report and renew the Military Equipment Ordinance for another year.

Mayor Fredericks reported on future sea level rise requirements and asked that the Climate
Action Annual Report be brought to the Council. She also requested an update on the electrification ordinance and requested the Town Council Rules & Protocols manual be brought back to the next Town Council meeting for an update.
Councilmember Welner requested an update on the traffic study be added to an upcoming
agenda. TOWN MANAGER REPORT
None. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor
Fredericks adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
