PH-3. Municipal Code Amendments – Consider amendments to Chapter 16 (Zoning) of the Tiburon Municipal Code regulating Accessory Dwelling Units & Junior Accessory Dwelling Units
(Community Development Department) – Introduction and first reading of ordinance [TAKEN OUT OF ORDER] MOTION: To introduce the ordinance, as amended to increase allowable square footage of floor area to 1200 square feet, read by title only, and to pass first reading of the ordinance, waiving further readings, and to schedule the ordinance for adoption at a future Town Council regular meeting. Moved: Thier, seconded by Nikfar VOTE: AYES: Nikfar, Thier NAYS: Ryan, Welner
ABSENT: Fredericks Motion failed.
MOTION: To introduce the ordinance, as written, read by title only, and to pass first reading of the ordinance, waiving further readings, and to schedule the ordinance for adoption at a
future Town Council regular meeting. Moved: Welner, seconded by Ryan VOTE: AYES: Nikfar, Ryan, Thier, Welner ABSENT: Fredericks The Town Clerk read “A Town of Tiburon Town Council Ordinance for the Repeal and Replacement of Chapter 16-52.100 of the Tiburon Municipal Code (TMC) Regulating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (JADUs). PH-1. 202 Trestle Glen Terrace – Consider adoption of a resolution approving the Negative Declaration and General Plan amendment and adoption of an ordinance approving the Zoning
Map amendment to amend the zoning of the property from PD-R/RPD to MH/R-1 (Community Development Department) MOTION: To adopt the resolution and to introduce the ordinance, read by title only, and to pass first reading of the ordinance, waiving further readings, and to schedule the ordinance for adoption at a future Town Council meeting.

There being no further business before the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon, Mayor Thier adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m.
