HERITAGE & ARTS COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING – APRIL 27, 2021
DRAFT MINUTES
Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California and the County Public Health Department’s May 18, 2020 Shelter-in-Place Order, commission members attended this meeting by teleconference. Members of the public were invited to
participate in the meeting by live streaming the meeting on the Town’s website and submitting
comments to comments@townoftiburon.org to be included in the public record for the meeting. REGULAR MEETING – 5:30 P.M. CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM
Due to lack of a quorum the regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 was not called to order. The decision to disband was made at 5:53p.m. by commissioners present.

2. Artist Laureate Chair Report
3. Public Art Community Input Survey – Receive final draft of survey with suggested edits from the
Public Art Selection Panel and discuss changes and/or consider approval. Discuss next steps for
distribution and possible beta testing.
4. Receive Public Art Selection Panel artist proposals for consideration and discussion and consider
approval.
5. Receive Staff report on H&A FY 20/21 budgets and future FY 21/22 budgets. Consider approval of
staff recommendations.
6. Discuss creation of an H&A “signature event” as a fund-raising avenue.
